Advert Idea

When looking and studying different advert idea's we were inspired by the image below, This is of the American musician, Sixto Rodriguez. We felt the way Rodriguez is seen & represented through this photograph was very interesting & similar to what we wanted to create. The central composition of the image works well with the low-key clothing and shadowing upon him, which contrasts against the high-key street scene background. The bold contrast separates him from the background to draw your attention to him, in which I feel works incredibly well to promote & advertise the artist.
